However, we acknowledge that perceptions of quality and fit can vary among individuals. Therefore, at Outt, we offer the flexibility of product exchanges to guarantee your complete satisfaction.



We are delighted to offer return/exchange services for all our products, prioritizing your satisfaction. It's important to note, however, that due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items falling within the following categories:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie and Bralettes

For returns or exchanges, these items must remain unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and they should be returned in their original packaging with the tags intact. Please be aware that packages not meeting these conditions will not pass our quality control (QC) checks and will be returned to the customer.



  • Request refunds or exchanges within 3 days of delivery and inform us upon receiving the product. For assistance, please email us at include an image of the received product and the bill.
  • Our email response time is 24 hours, and we appreciate your patience.
  • Reverse pickup typically takes 2-3 days, and we kindly request that the pickup is completed in a single visit.
  • The customer is responsible for a reverse pickup charge of INR 100.
  • Refund/return/exchange will be initiate post pickup only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process at our warehouse.
  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
  • We provide refunds only through bank account details, UPI is not supported.
  • When handing over the product to the delivery person, please take a picture or video as proof for any potential future disputes.
  • Products obtained during a BUY1 GET1 or SALE promotion are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.
  • We only provide assistance between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Products purchased with store credits or those that are replacements themselves are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund.
  • While we take utmost care in packing our products, if any issues arise, please record an unboxing video in resolving the issue promptly.
  • If products get damaged or are defective during transit, we dispatch replacements within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Please ensure that you only hand over the products specified in your return/exchange request to the pickup person. We are not responsible for additional products sent by mistake during pickup.
  • Garments and fabrics that don't allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
  • To prevent any loss or damage during transit, securely pack the exchanged items.
  • Please include the shipping label when returning the parcel.



  • Damage/Defective/Missing Items, Manufacture defects: We promptly ship new products in such cases. While our products undergo numerous quality control checks, we do not offer refunds for these instances strictly.
  • Fitting Issues: Product sizes are clearly mentioned in the description, so please measure carefully.
  • Order Modification/Cancellation: Once a shipment is in transit, we cannot modify or cancel your order. However, you can initiate an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product or amount will be added in a form of store credit.
  • Products those bought from sale sections.
